I’ve had a tight chest and shortness of breath since morning.
Thanks for sharing. Based on your profile I’d recommend a same-day cardiology check. I can book it now.

Home nursing

A nurse at your door, on the days you choose

Some care does not need a waiting room. Find a nurse near you, send the prescription your doctor wrote, and agree on when they visit. You can book a single visit or a repeating schedule that runs for as long as the treatment does.

What nurses on Healthting do

Our approach

Built around the gap between visits

Most of what goes wrong with care happens after you leave the room. A prescription nobody follows up on, a wound nobody checks, a result that never reaches the next doctor. Healthting keeps that stretch connected, whether the next step is a specialist or a nurse at your kitchen table.

Questions

Questions people ask before booking

How do I book a nurse to come to my home?

Create a free account, open Find Nurses, and pick someone who works in your area. Send them a request describing what you need, attach your prescription, and choose the schedule. The nurse reads it and accepts or declines.

What kind of nurses can I book?

Healthting has auxiliary nurses, general nurses, and nurse assistants. Each one sets their own specialty, such as wound care, elderly care, post-operative care, maternity care, dialysis, or palliative care.

Can I book repeat visits instead of a single one?

Yes. A request can repeat every day, every other day, once a week, or every 14, 21, or 30 days. You set an end date, and the visits are laid out on a calendar both of you can see.

Do I need a prescription to request nursing care?

You can attach one as a photo or a PDF, and it helps the nurse judge whether the request suits them before they accept. The nurse sees it with the rest of the request details.

Can I talk to the nurse before the visit?

Yes. Once you and the nurse are connected you can message each other in the app. The nurse can close a conversation when the care is finished.

How do I know a nurse is qualified?

Nurses publish their qualification and their certificates on their profile, along with the days and hours they work. Profiles are for signed-in users, so create a free account and you can read all of it before you send a request.

Is Healthting free to join?

Creating an account is free for patients, doctors, and nurses. You do not need a card to sign up.
